Jayden Cai is an attorney at Gillin Law Group, where his practice focuses on estate planning, business law, and cross-border transactions. With bar admissions in Washington, New York, and the People’s Republic of China, Jayden brings a truly international perspective to his work, helping clients structure, preserve, and grow their assets across jurisdictions.

Jayden advises individuals and families on comprehensive estate plans—including wills, trusts, and probate administration—as well as business owners and investors on entity formation, corporate governance, and succession planning. He has particular experience assisting Chinese entrepreneurs and enterprises seeking to expand or invest in the U.S. market, drawing on his background in both American and Chinese legal systems to ensure smooth cross-border operations.

Before joining Gillin Law Group, Jayden practiced at Wenstone Law PLLC in Seattle and previously worked in corporate and transactional roles with leading international law firms in Shanghai and Hong Kong, including Clifford Chance LLP and Jincheng Tongda & Neal LLP. He also served as a Judicial Fellow at the New York State Supreme Court, where he supported complex commercial litigation matters.

Jayden earned his Master of Corporate Law (LL.M.) from New York University School of Law, as well as a Master of Law (LL.M.) from Shanghai International Studies University and a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) from Southwest University of Political Science and Law, graduating with highest distinction.
