Shenjie “Sandra” Song, Law Clerk

Sandra Song is a law clerk at Gillin Law Group, where she supports the immigration team with legal research, drafting, and case preparation. She assists in family-based petitions, removal defense, and Federal Court litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Sandra worked at Steptoe & Johnson LLP in Hong Kong and interned with Clifford Chance LLP in Shanghai, gaining experience in U.S. sanctions, corporate law, and cross-border compliance.

Sandra holds LL.M. degrees from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and the University of Washington School of Law, as well as an LL.B. from East China University of Political Science and Law. She is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Sandra is known for her precision, reliability, and empathy toward clients. She aims to continue developing her expertise in U.S. immigration and cross-border legal matters as she pursues attorney licensure in the United States.

宋申杰是Gillin Law Group的法律助理，主要协助移民团队进行法律研究、文件起草及案件准备。她参与办理家庭类移民申请、递解辩护及强制令（Mandamus）等案件，协助在美国移民局、国务院及移民法院的相关程序。

在加入本所之前，宋申杰曾在香港的Steptoe & Johnson LLP工作，并在上海的Clifford Chance LLP实习，积累了在美国经济制裁、公司法及跨境合规方面的丰富经验。

宋申杰拥有宾夕法尼亚大学凯里法学院（University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School）及华盛顿大学法学院（University of Washington School of Law）双法学硕士学位，并以优异成绩毕业于华东政法大学法学学士专业。她精通中英文，并已通过纽约州律师考试。
